Responsibilities: You’ll also…
- Work directly with Manager of WFM to assist all divisions, as well as with department Supervisors to ensure that work schedules meet various business demands, as well as the needs of seasonal staff.
- Responsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system (UKG Pro), which includes managing and maintaining long-term schedules for various departments.
- Collaborate with Manager of WFM to generate and modify schedules to ensure coverage and optimal service levels.
- Identify potential gaps in scheduled coverage and present recommendations to Manager of WFM alongside departments.
- Compile and manage information such as open shift reports, staffing details, headcount templates, and/or associate data.
- Guide day-to-day operation of central scheduling office.
- Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labour shortages, and other business interruptions.
- Assist with working in park as needed in line level positions to ensure park is meeting the guest’s needs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- You!
- Candidates that have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling compliance rules and regulations
- Previous Park experience is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
- Availability to work odd shifts, weekends and holidays
