What You’ll Get To Do:
- Interfaces with the sales and marketing department to ensure its requirements are met on a daily and weekly basis, and that production requirements are met or exceeded in compliance with environmental rules and regulations.
- Fully understand all loading and material transfer systems within the storage and shipping silos area; ensure that all shipping department personnel are operating efficiently, and in accordance with Company safety policies and general work rules.
- Generates and submits work order requests, and participates in weekly maintenance/process planning meetings
- Tracks and confirms employee time using Kronos.
- Participation in the planning and/or execution of annual shutdown.
Who we are looking for:
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact as a team member
- Good supervisory, leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required, SAP and Kronos experience preferred
- Ability to make timely and critical decisions
- Able to deal with a multitude of tasks simultaneously
Work Environment:
- Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
