Are you a seasoned paid media professional with a proven track record of driving results through PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads, in the B2B SaaS sector?
AgencyAnalytics is on an upward trajectory, and we are looking for a Paid Campaign Manager to join our in-house marketing team.
As the leading client reporting platform for marketing agencies, we empower thousands of marketers to streamline client reporting and dashboard creation across diverse marketing channels.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, the Paid Media Manager will own the strategy and execution of paid media programs across search and social, with a primary focus on driving B2B demand through Google Ads. You will also shape the strategy for paid landing pages and partner closely with the CRO team to implement and run ongoing A/B tests, ensuring campaigns are supported by high-converting experiences.
What You'll Do

Support development of the full-funnel paid media strategy across eight global markets and all paid channels, with a primary emphasis on Google Ads for B2B demand generation.

Work with members of the team to develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with AgencyAnalytics’ growth goals.

Lead the management, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), employing continuous A/B testing, competitor analysis, and insights to achieve KPI targets.

Analyze campaign performance data against KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and adjust strategies to ensure campaign goals are consistently met.

Manage additional channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, paid creator partnerships, and media opportunities with review platforms.

Support in the strategic development and execution of paid landing pages.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to align paid media initiatives with broader company objectives such as product launches and sales enablement.

Ensure strong alignment between ads and landing page experiences to maximize conversion and pipeline impact.

Implement an AI-first mindset by leveraging machine learning bidding strategies, predictive targeting, and AI-generated creative to drive campaign efficiencies.

Own KPI reporting and accountability for MQL, SQL, MRR, CAC efficiency, and CPL, ensuring paid programs directly support revenue goals.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in paid media and PPC, incorporating them into the company’s strategy.
What You'll Bring
-
5+ years of proven success in creating and optimizing campaigns on key PPC platforms, with at least 3+ years scaling growth in B2B SaaS.

Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) with a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel.

Proficiency with additional advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads. Experience with Reddit, Quora, or TikTok Ads is a plus.

Strong knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO best practices, with experience collaborating cross-functionally to execute tests and improve conversion.

Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop direct reports.

Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and other performance tracking/reporting tools.

Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging.

A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging innovative strategies to maximize ROI.
Compensation
Our base salary for this role ranges from $91,200 to $136,800*. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.*
