About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven Sales Operations & Data Analyst to join our team. The core of this role requires advanced SQL and spreadsheet expertise to extract insights, build highly targeted account lists based on specific customer profiles, and design performance dashboards. Beyond technical data management, you will run daily CRM operations—such as managing sales reps' books of business—and execute ad-hoc analyses to directly shape our overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate is operationally disciplined and committed to documenting their workflows to ensure team scalability. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Dashboarding Use advanced SQL to query complex databases and extract actionable sales data. Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards to track and analyze sales campaign performance. Execute ad-hoc data analyses to identify market trends and provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership. CRM & Sales Operations Manage routine CRM operations, ensuring data integrity and accurate system architecture. Own the assignment and updating of sales representatives' books of business, territories, and accounts. Thoroughly document all operational workflows, data definitions, and processes to maintain a centralized knowledge base for the team. Qualifications & Skills Technical Skills Advanced SQL: Deep experience writing complex queries, joining tables, and optimizing data extraction. Spreadsheet Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or CRM-native analytics. CRM Management: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automated workflow management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field. 5+ years of experience working in Sales and Data operations. Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Quick learner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
