This Position reports to:
Hub Procurement Manager
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will have the opportunity to learn, connect and grow. Each day, you will work in a manufacturing environment to help and engage our people. You will also showcase your expertise by data management and activity planning.
The work model for the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office.
This role is contributing to the Electrification, Smart Power division of ABB in Saint-Laurent. Main stakeholders are manufacturing supervisors and employees.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Recruitment of blue collars
- Employees life cycle in Workday
- Engagement activities
- Support to the HRBP with other needs.
You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources (CRHA is a big asset)
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are immersed in the Workday environment (asset)
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in internal customer service.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of recruitment strategy and rapidity of execution.
- You are passionate about people and improving an organization culture.
- You are at ease communicating in French & English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
