Support students from their first day on campus to their last — and beyond. You’ll be the central point of contact for student concerns, accommodations, scheduling, and anything else that helps them succeed and graduate.
02 What you'll do

Serve as the first point of contact for enrolled students with academic or administrative concerns
02
Coordinate student accommodations, leave requests, and schedule changes in partnership with instructors
03
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
04
Plan and execute student orientation, milestone events, and graduation ceremonies
05
Monitor student attendance and proactively connect at-risk students to support resources
06
Respond to urgent student concerns and escalate appropriately when needed
03 What you'll bring
Diploma or degree in a related field (education, social services, business administration, or similar)
At least 1–2 years in a student services, coordination, or administrative support role
Empathetic communicator who can hold firm boundaries with warmth and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and database/SIS systems
Eligible to work in Canada
04 Nice to have

Experience in a post-secondary or private career college environment
+02
Knowledge of Alberta’s Private Vocational Training Act
+03
Crisis support or mental health first aid training
