In this position, you will have the opportunity to
Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly Process invoice correction requests- Provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions, resolving order issues and ensuring a positive experience Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
