About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at docbraces Fredericton. In this role, you’ll combine your sales experience and relationship-building skills to guide patients through their orthodontic journey from the first consultation to starting treatment. Success in this position is measured by your ability to drive case acceptance and patient conversion through consultative sales and outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome new patients and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Present treatment options with confidence and clarity, acting as both an advisor and a sales professional
  • Review financials and create payment solutions that fit families’ needs
  • Guide patients smoothly from consultation to treatment start, meeting conversion and performance targets
  • Collaborate with the Orthodontist and team to ensure exceptional care
  • Support marketing and referral initiatives to grow the practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, or dental); strong track record of building trust and closing opportunities
  • Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to explain treatment options in a clear, supportive way that inspires confidence in patients
  • Organized, adaptable, and motivated by achieving goals
  • Dental/orthodontic experience or Level II Dental Assisting is an asset, but not required
