Job Posting Description: Sr. Process Analyst (Master Data / Data Migration Specialist)
Reporting to the Manager, Data and Analytics, you will help ensure the seamless migration of our legacy supply chain data into our new ERP and supporting systems. You will collaborate with several internal and external partners to understand requirements, analyze, clean data, and support the setup of Master data in SAP. We are also embarking on an important project to migrate our legacy supply chain data to several advanced systems including SAP, Blue Yonder, and Manhattan You will also support the migration of operational data to the new technology platforms.
Your expertise in supply chain analysis, data analytics and data migration will help improve the implementation of our new systems and supporting processes, while maintaining data integrity and process efficiency throughout the transition. Your in-depth knowledge of supply chain data and experience in process analysis is necessary in supporting project decisions. Your demonstrated experience working on large projects, background in data management in ERP systems, expertise in master data management. The skills in supporting continuous improvement opportunities will contribute to the enhancements of the future state of our supply chain operations.

About The Role Master Data and operational Data Migration:
- Support the migration of master data and operational data from legacy systems to SAP and other systems.
- Work with partners analyzing and documenting current legacy supply chain data structures.
- Support the data mapping and transformation plans to align with SAP, Blue Yonder, and Manhattan.
- Work with our users to cleanse legacy data and ensure data accuracy and integrity during transfer from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering team, and departments to facilitate the migration process.
- Implement and enforce Master Data governance, policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes, mappings, and transformations. Provide regular status updates and reports to project partners.
- Maintain master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Supply Chain Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support supply chain management and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and recommend process improvements to refine data management and supply chain operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support and Training:
- Provide support and training to internal users on SAP master data management practices and supply chain processes.
- Support the development and documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Be the Master Data Super User / SME, answering questions and supporting requests, and developing solutions for the business.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with ADMM data migration and integration tools is a definite asset.
- Strong background in project work including data analytics support for migrating data into ERP systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Master Data Management programs, and data governance processes.
- Expert level demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Access
- Experience with SAP, including master data management and reporting functions.
- 5 years’ experience working in supply chain analysis and process improvement.
- Some experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in data conversion and migration processes would be an asset
