About the role

Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and promotional materials for multiple sites. This role involves developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing online content, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure maximum engagement and results.

The Marketing Coordinator will also collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels, aligning with Great Canadian Entertainment’s standards and objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinates the implementation of multi-site marketing programs, managing all details associated with promotion, campaign, or special event (e.g., merchandise, activations, dreamer promotions, entertainment, VIP events, incentives, prizes, supplier commitments, property décor, etc.).
  • Assists on-site teams with the execution and setup of marketing initiatives to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Liaises with third-party vendors for the setup and execution of on-site & off-site activations when required and manages or supports communications with vendors as needed.
  • Assists with the development of Marketing communication tools for front line team members.Assists and execute GTA bundle wide social media initiatives, website updates and email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist National Digital team with national scale initiatives as required.Assists with fulfilling the strategic direction of campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and group sales at the bundle level; identifying opportunities for revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Ensures proper procedures are followed for internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Legal)Manages and responds to member support box and social channels in a timely matter.
  • Liaises with marketing operations team members to report on site marketing results (e.g., event revenue, implementation strategies, best practices, guest and team member feedback, etc.). Maintains internal tracking documentation for weekly marketing meetings.

Education And Qualifications

  • Completed post-secondary education in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience is preferred, ideally in gaming, hospitality or entertainment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on their own, or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Proven interpersonal and influencing skills.
