Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases. Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Send and receive messages. Compile data, statistics and other information. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Label, file and retrieve documents. Organize and schedule office work. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Track and complete work orders. Review work orders . Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Outlook. MS Windows. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure.
