About the role
Join a dynamic online fitness coaching company as a freelance video editor specializing in short-form ad creatives. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging reels and video content tailored for social media advertising, with a focus on clean, modern aesthetics. The ideal candidate is fluent in Latvian and can deliver high-quality edits that align with the brand’s vision. This is a remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble short-form video content, primarily Instagram reels, for fitness ad campaigns
- Ensure all videos are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for social media engagement
- Collaborate with the team to understand creative direction and campaign objectives
- Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize video deliverables
- Maintain consistency in style and quality across all projects
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form video content for social media, especially ad creatives
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
- Ability to replicate the style of provided content examples (see Instagram reel reference)
- Fluency in Latvian (spoken and written) is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and capacity to work remotely
- Availability for potential long-term collaboration
