Overview Job Description As the Marketing & Community Experience Coordinator, Calgary Communities, you will endeavor to enhance the quality of life and customer experience in Brookfield Communities through implementation of customer focused strategic marketing and community experience initiatives. You will support the strategic communities’ vision working closely with the all communities’ teams - including Marketing, Homeowners Associations, Sales and Operations.
You will endeavor to support the vision and key differentiation elements of each of our Calgary communities. You will coordinate the onsite marketing experience for Calgary Communities and leverage external partnership to enhance the value of the community’s assets. You will continuously engage our residents to understand their wants and needs as they navigate life in our communities.
Marketing Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital marketing tactics including community website updates, blog writing and support, and execute lead nurture email campaigns.
- Elevate our onsite event experience for show home grand openings and customer events
- Coordinate all on site materials – including signage, point of sale, and sales training/support
- Discovery Center – supporting online presence, social media – annual planning of events and programs
- Submissions for industry awards
Community Experience
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Initiate and oversee development and implementation of projects and programs to enhance the customer experience;
- Create opportunities to engage residents and obtain feedback on our communities, HOA programs, activities, events, and operations and implement feedback
- Work with our builder partners to monitor our overall community experience via quarterly reporting and action planning.
Homeowner Associations
- Support and reinforce the Homeowners Association (HOA) message across all community marketing initiatives, positioning it as a key differentiator and core value proposition that highlights the long-term lifestyle benefits of living in our communities.
- Support resident engagement opportunities, deployment, analysis and action planning
External Relations
- Establish HOA and community partnerships
- Support our builder sales and marketing teams
What You'll Bring
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Urban Studies
- 1 – 3 years’ experience
- Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills, sales or customer service related experience is an asset
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products i.e. Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Working knowledge of marketing software is an asset ie. HubSpot, wordpress, Umbracco and Sitecore
- Valid drivers license and vehicle
Nice to Haves
- Experience within the home building or real estate industry is an asset
- Experience with event planning is an asset
