Position Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Crown’s Tenant Experience and Marketing teams to immerse yourself in all aspects of building strong communications with Crown’s tenants. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an elevated workplace experience, creating a sense of community and connection through engaging communications across technologies and tools. This role supports Crown’s building occupants, reinforcing that Crown office properties are productive, inspiring and inviting places to work.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the back end of Crown’s tenant experience platform and mobile app, Connect by Crown. Review existing content in the app and make required updates to templates and workflows.
- Help build and maintain a library of reusable communication templates that reflect Crown’s brand voice and visual style.
- Support property teams with tenant communications by drafting building notices, event promotions, and updates. Advance the performance and engagement of the app specifically by creating new content in property-specific apps
- Work with Manager Tenant Experience to develop SOPs for the workflows the teams follow for communications
- Manage communications for a select portfolio of properties and track the campaign analytics.
- Review digital screens live at Crown’s properties and refresh content and templates to all properties (includes directories, elevators, and lobby TV screens).
- Take photos during select tenant summer events for use in internal communications, reporting, or future marketing.
- Coordinate poster orders and signage requests for property teams and collaborate with the graphic designer on custom materials when needed.
- Collaborate across Crown’s internal teams (and with external stakeholders, tenants, partners, community organizations, etc.) on a wide range of social and community initiatives
- Maintain all electronic and hard copy filing including tenant correspondence in accordance with Crown’s established guidelines
- Oversee update of databases of tenants, tenant contacts, emergency contacts, suppliers and contractors
- Provide periodic administrative support to other Crown team members as required

Education & Experience Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in marketing, communications, or hospitality or similar
- College or university degree in progress
- Experience in a prior customer-facing role is an asset; preferably in a related field such as event management, co-working or community services.
- Access to a vehicle with valid driver's license an asset
