Job Description Support data management, application support, and system integration activities for the PB4P project. Validate, update, and decommission user and organization records across multiple enterprise systems. Manage identity and access data, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and data governance standards. Investigate data discrepancies, perform record-level updates, and escalate exceptions when required. Document all work in ticketing systems and follow established procedures with high accuracy.
Must-Have Skills 5+ years of experience with BMC Helix, including ticketing, custom modules, and data management. 5+ years of experience with NetIQ or similar Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. 5+ years of experience with client management systems and custom enterprise applications. Strong experience in record-level data management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and access management. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to documented procedures. Experience working in complex multi-system environments and escalating data anomalies appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of privacy, security, and data governance practices.
