Description Mission:
Drive top-line revenue growth of $100M and $20M of EBITDA over the next five years by sourcing, negotiating, and executing strategic initiatives — including mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, intellectual property development, strategic investments, and non-traditional organic growth opportunities.
Outcomes:

Mergers & Acquisitions: Close one major (>$10M revenue and two minor ~$2M revenue) acquisitions per year.

Add min. $15M in revenue and $3M EBITDA per year.

Strategic Investments: Work with Sales, Marketing and Executive team to identify strategic market opportunities and then prepare business plans to aggressively enter these markets.

Prepare 3-5 strategic investment business plans per year. -Execute on one ~$5M strategic investment per year to enter a new market that generates $10M in revenue and $2.5M in EBITDA by year 3.

Intellectual Property: Identify, license and/or develop and commercialize one new IP or technology per year.

Achieve $30M in revenue and $10M EBITDA per year by 2030 through IP.

Strategic Partnerships: Develop one new strategic partnerships per year to support market growth and customer success.

Sign one new strategic partnership deal per year.
