What You’ll Be Doing As a BDM, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping to fuel our top-of-funnel pipeline and build meaningful connections with future clients. You’ll:
- Book discovery meetings with qualified prospects and accounts
- Accelerate existing pipeline opportunities through outreach
- Nurture relationships with future buyers who aren’t quite ready to engage
- Conduct research to uncover insights that open doors and spark conversations
In This Role, You Will
- Drive high-impact activity through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Use your emotional intelligence to understand the challenges our prospects face and speak their language with empathy and relevance
- Design targeted campaigns that educate and engage, one account at a time
- Get creative with personalized, multi-touch outreach from clever mailers to out-of-the-box tactics that make people smile and take action
- Leverage best-in-class tools like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Nooks to stay sharp and efficient
- Collaborate closely with our vertical sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of well-informed, engaged prospects
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience in a similar or more mature environment (bonus points for industry experience)
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- A growth mindset and a clear ambition to progress into an Account Executive role
- Strong communication skills, coachability, and a proactive approach to outbound engagement
- A love for learning, experimenting, and finding new ways to connect with people
