mAbout the Role
CBRE's North York office is actively seeking a Sales Trainee who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills. The role will allow you to become a resource to our brokers for Montreal market activity.
What You’ll Do

- Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements;

- Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE’s database;
-
- Compile Montreal market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications;
-
- Work directly with brokers to produce timely markets studies, tour books and presentations slides;
-
- Respond to various information requests (zoning, ownership, taxes, etc.) and special projects as required;
-
- Become a resource for brokers for market activity and information;
-
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Need

- Relevant post-secondary education;

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;

- Client focused approach, and strong organizational skills;

- Willingness to obtain a real estate trading license.
