Boeing Canada Winnipeg is seeking an Executive Business Partner reporting directly to the General Manager working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

The Executive Business Partner will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support both the General Manager and manufacturing operations. This position will play a key role in organizing schedules, coordinating travel, managing meetings, and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in driving the overall success of the manufacturing operation.

This position will be for first shift but might be required to come in for all shifts from time to time and is located onsite at our Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Schedule and host meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
  • Gather, update, and review data related to executive projects and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and update presentations for leadership meetings, ensuring content is clear, concise, and visually appealing.
  • Develop and refine messaging for leadership communications, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, including logistics, materials, and participant engagement.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance operations.
  • Identify and recommend best practices for manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
  • Support budget management for the manufacturing site, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs for staff to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Obtain updates from other site managers regarding projects and data to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of working experience in administrative support or manufacturing operations
  • Experience in creating presentations and leadership communications
  • Proven experience in project coordination and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of working experience in administrative support or manufacturing operations
  • Experience in budget management and expense tracking
  • Experience in organizing company events and training programs
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
