Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering personalized customer service.
- Provide technical support after sales and resolve issues related to products or services (technical support, follow-ups, troubleshooting).
- Enter orders into the internal system with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and update product documentation (technical sheets, user guides).
- Manage promotional materials and coordinate their distribution to clients and for events.
- Occasionally intervene directly on the production floor to resolve issues quickly.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- High school diploma (DES or equivalent).
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (approx. 70% of clients are English-speaking).
- Proficient with basic computer tools and office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
