What You’ll Do
As a Subprime Finance Manager, you will manage the full deal lifecycle while delivering exceptional customer experiences:
- Handle subprime finance deals from application to approval and delivery
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and in-person consultations
- Assessing customer needs, credit profiles, income, and financial situation
- Structure and negotiating deals with lenders and customers
- Present financing, warranty, and aftermarket product options
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and DealerTrack
- Collect and verify documentation to ensure timely funding
- Manage and follow up on warm leads (no cold calling required)
- Ensure full compliance with OMVIC and Ontario regulations
- Build strong relationships with lenders and stay current on programs
What You Bring
- Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in subprime automotive finance or F&I
- Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, deal structuring, and funding processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports confidently
- Experience with DealerTrack and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- OMVIC License (required or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
