Two friends wanted to give their wardrobes, and the wardrobes of other women, something that didn’t exist in the market. A blazer, created for her. For them. The foundational element of a wardrobe fit for work, or leisure…and uniquely, for a bit of both.

The Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Product Development, this role will work with the sample room and product development team on all areas of a garment from conception to pre-production. This is an in-office role.
You Will:

Execute and track orders as decided by Design for fabrics, notions, linings, and fusings in each development season.

Maintain tracking systems to monitor sampling resources and inventory. Monitor and track the progress of domestic and offshore development for each style throughout the season.

Assist in creating tech packs for both domestic and offshore developments until handoff to production.

Own the ERP system for product development, including onboarding mills, creating items, generating purchase orders, and processing invoices.

Generate technical flats using Adobe Illustrator.

Assist in organizing fitting sessions to ensure timely and efficient fit and construction evaluation.

Coordinate communication of construction and fit issues during the development stage and provide solutions for improvement.

Review, approve and process invoices from contractors and vendors.

Prepare and organize development packages for distribution to sample room, domestic or offshore factories.
You Have:
-
3 years of experience in a similar product development role
-
College Diploma / Degree in fashion design
-
Experience at the proficient level with Adobe Illustrator
-
Experience creating tech packs for garments
-
Knowledge of construction of woven tailored garments with basic sewing skills

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
