Do you want to experiment with Azure cloud, Microservice Architecture, Kubernetes, various APIs, and AI Agents? Improve your skills in microservices, cloud, and AI based architecture. Explore, research, build, and evaluate solution prototypes based on various technologies. Join our team and develop skills in sophisticated application architecture and cloud computing!

Who you’ll work with

As a member of the Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technology team, you will work with a small team of experienced IT professionals who collaborate across all areas of the business and are at the forefront of innovation initiatives!

What you’ll do

  • You’ll explore new technologies and patterns related to microservice architecture, containerized applications, process automation, generative AI, and AI agents.

  • Build and deploy microservices and AI agents using Python by packaging them into container images, managing them via a container registry, and running them on Kubernetes clusters in the Azure cloud.

  • Investigate Kubernetes capabilities and explore various integration patterns involving microservices and AI agents

  • Work with a cloud data platform to support integration, analytics, and intelligent automation use cases.

  • Research best practices and perform market scans to support innovation and emerging technology activities

  • Provide support for Innovation Challenges, hackathons, experimentation, new technology and relevant market research

  • You will be encouraged to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Finally, you’ll be responsible for sharing your findings and presenting results of your research

What you’ll need

  • Working towards a degree in Computer Science or similar degree

  • Strong analytical, research and communication skills

  • Experience working with Python, C#, .Net Core, web development

  • Experience with Flask, FastAPI

  • Familiarity with SQL and databases

  • Introductory knowledge of Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, etc…)

  • Knowledge of containers and containerization process, Kubernetes, and Docker

  • Understanding of Microservice Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Service Orchestration and Process Automation

  • Familiarity with chatbots, conversational AI, Gen AI, AI agents, MCP, A2A protocols is an asset

  • Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Excel is an asset

  • You should enjoy doing research, solving hard problems, working with new technologies, being a standout colleague
