The Work: As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.

Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

Review, apply, and test quarterly updates to HCM Core HR modules current.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.

Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.

Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.

Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 4 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in client-facing roles.
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
