- Minimum 3 years of related experience

- Strive for a single point of contact in the customer journey, maintaining an omnichannel approach to meet customers where they are most comfortable. Interact proactively to deliver excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience with a “first time right” mindset working with prevention. Take lead in customer appointments by communicating IKEA kitchen benefits and adapting the offer through provided customer feedback in order to convert into an order as per sales steering goals.
- Stay current on IKEA kitchen product features, benefits, and tech capabilities. Also, be an early adopter of new selling tools and digital developments, connected to IKEA and the kitchen department.
- Openly and honestly compare the IKEA product offer and service offer with the competition in a professional manner. Actively promote and sell the wide range of kitchen services available to help customers make informed choices.
- Understand and contribute to the store and kitchen business plan by delivering on the set business and personal goals.
- Understand the specific needs and dreams of customers and staying up to date on trends, living situations and customer buying behaviours to provide relevant, affordable, functional and sustainable solutions to our customers.
