Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. is looking for dedicated, reliable and hardworking team members as Forging Production Associates. The ideal candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment while making quality and achieving company goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD).

As of March 30, 2026 Starting Rate:$25.83 per hour + shift premium (ranging from $1.50, $2.50 and $3.50 per hour depending on the hour of the day)

Qualifications:

• 2 yrs manufacturing experience or other related experience.
• Able to achieve a passing grade on Musashi pre-employment testing.
• Must be able to do shift rotation

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to produce quality parts.
• Perform necessary measuring and machine checks to ensure quality and quantity targets are being met.
• Attend annual health and safety training including (but not limited to) WHMIS, and Lockout Tag-out.

• Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Able to multitask.
• Works well alone or as a team.
• Flexible with good time management.
• Excellent technical skills.
