About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior ML Engineer – Lead to join a high-impact MDS Program and lead a team of 10–15 engineers in designing and delivering scalable Azure-based data and machine learning solutions. 🔹 Required Skills Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Databricks Azure Machine Learning PySpark SQL Python 🔹 Preferred Skills Power BI AWS Snowflake Azure DevOps / DevOps practices Azure Security 🔹 Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable ADF data pipelines Build ETL/ELT solutions using Azure Databricks Develop and optimize Spark/PySpark-based data processing frameworks Support Azure Machine Learning model development and deployment Build robust data infrastructure for extraction, transformation, and loading of large-scale datasets Collaborate with Executives, Product, Data, and Design teams to solve complex data challenges Create reusable data tools and frameworks for analytics and data science teams Drive improvements in data systems, scalability, performance, and reliability Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and delivery oversight for a team of 10–15 members 🔹 What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience leading technical teams ✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Azure data and ML technologies ✔ Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment
