A day in the life…
- Act as the dealership’s front-line in customer relations and parts sales.
- Handling internal and external customer service requests and concerns.
- Performing designated administrative duties regarding inventory and billing.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
This role reports directly to the Parts Manager with ongoing daily and hourly support from the leadership team.
What we look for…
- At least 2 years of experience in a dealership setting.
- Experience with CDK is an asset.
- Customer-focused, able to build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
- Reliable and team player.
- Valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
