Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring aSenior Market Research Analyston a permanent basis on our Co-op & External Relations team.
We’re seeking an innovative, inquisitive thinker who can balance big ‑ picture perspective with detailed analysis. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
What you’ll do:
Mentor research team members by sharing best ‑ practice methodologies that strengthen strategic research execution.

Lead complex research projects end ‑ to ‑ end, defining objectives and designing custom quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Analyze advanced data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for internal client groups.

Present research findings to stakeholders and recommend strategic next steps aligned to business needs.

Review and refine research reports and ad hoc project deliverables to ensure accuracy, relevance, and high-quality outputs.
Who you’ll work with:
You will work closely with internal client groups to define research objectives and ensure alignment throughout each project. You’ll collaborate with fellow Market Research team members and report to the Market Research Manager, working together to deliver high ‑ quality, timely research outcomes.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in research and:

Have 5-8 years of experience in applied market research within a complex business environment.

Have a bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or another related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

Are familiar with advanced statistical analysis using SPSS/SAS or other similar statistical software.

Possession of a CMRP is considered an asset.
