Compensation Information: $19.35 per hour

Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10 kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.

Skills You Bring With You

Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly developed guest service skills, with the ability to assess guest needs and upsell resort products and services. Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment. Respectful, reliable, and punctual team player. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure. Familiarity with the local resort and surrounding area, or a willingness to actively learn and share that knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

Operate Guest Services desks across the Resort, including the Call Centre, East Village Centre, and Ticket Windows. Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing accurate resort information and assisting with the sales of Alpine/Nordic lift tickets, season passes, and Nordic rentals. Proactively maintain and monitor Nordic rental equipment by completing required upkeep tasks, such as waxing skis, to support equipment readiness and guest service standards. Respond to guest emails, phone inquiries, and online chatbot inquiries in a timely manner while completing related tasks to support daily operations. Deliver exceptional guest service by interacting with guests in a professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Accurately process sales transactions using the RTP POS system, securely handle cash, and balance sales against system reports. Maintain a proactive and organized approach to daily tasks, guest interactions, and departmental responsibilities. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Provide support to other areas within the Guest Services department as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Guest Services office, individual workstations, and common areas.
