The opportunity

The University of Manitoba is looking for an Aurora Finance Customer & Systems Support Representative. This position will be responsible for managing access and security for all levels of users for the University’s financial system, creating and updating accounting elements used for financial transactions and managing updates to financial authority records. Additionally, the Aurora Finance Customer & Systems Support representative will assist clients with their questions on processes and procedures, help clients resolve problems and maintain problem logs, evaluate metrics, and document resolutions.

The qualifications and experience we’re looking for

Completion of a formal training program in a related discipline from a recognized institution is required. Three years' experience working in a customer service and system support environment is required with proven experience working in a complex environment is required. Knowledge of accounting, system related processes, and working in a higher education environment are assets. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
