Experienced Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Person – Red Hill Toyota
Are you a results-driven automotive sales professional with a strong ability to sell pre-owned vehicles and deliver exceptional customer experiences? Red Hill Toyota, part of the Parkway Motors Auto Group, is currently seeking an Experienced Sales & Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated strength in pre-owned vehicle sales, including vehicle appraisals, inventory presentation, pricing discussions, and confident closing
- A proven track record in automotive sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Current OMVIC Certification
- Strong understanding of the used-vehicle market and the ability to position value effectively with customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- High energy, accountability, and a professional, team-focused attitude

What You’ll Do:
- Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles, with a strong focus on used-vehicle opportunities
- Accurately assess customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and ownership solution
- Manage the full sales process from lead to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Confidently present vehicle history, value, and reconditioning to support pre-owned sales
- Follow up with prospective and current clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
- Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and market trends
