Sous la supervision du Directeur associé – Opérations techniques, le ou la chef(fe) de transfert de produits doit s’assurer que les projets de transfert technologiques se réalisent dans les normes en vigueur et les échéanciers établis. Il est responsable de planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler l’ensemble des activités du département de transfert technologique.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

  • Orienter et assurer la mobilisation de son équipe, la promotion de la mission, la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise ;
  • Superviser l’ensemble des opérations au sein du département de transferts technologiques ;
  • Élaborer des stratégies afin de supporter adéquatement et efficacement les transferts de technologies (anglais requis pour la communication hors Québec);
  • Développer, implanter, communiquer et suivre les standards et les meilleures pratiques en matière de transferts technologiques ;
  • Maintenir le plan maitre des transferts technologiques ;
  • Gérer le personnel, le soutien contractuel, les budgets et les projets (communication en anglais avec les différentes parties prenantes hors Québec).

Vous vous démarquez grâce aux compétences suivantes :

  • Excellente connaissance des BPF;
  • Bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et aptitudes en communication;
  • Capacité de prendre des décisions et de les communiquer avec tact et diplomatie;
  • Forte résistance au stress et une capacité à travailler sous pression;
  • Capacité de prendre des décisions.

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Baccalauréat en Sciences (B. Sc.), de préférence en chimie, biochimie, génie chimique ou formation pertinente.
  • Expérience minimale de 5 ans au sein d’une entreprise pharmaceutique, dont 1 an en supervision de personnel.

Under the supervision of the Associate Director, Technical Operations, the Technology Transfer Manager must ensure that technology transfer projects are carried out according to current standards and established deadlines. He/she is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all activities within the technology transfer department.

What you will do daily:

  • Guide and ensure the mobilization of the team, and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values;
  • Oversee all operations within the technology transfer department;
  • Develop strategies to adequately and effectively support technology transfers;
  • Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor standards and best practices related to technology transfers;
  • Maintain the master plan for technology transfers;
  • Manage staff, contractual support, budgets, and projects.

Y ou stand out because of the following skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
  • Strong writing skills and communication abilities;
  • Ability to make decisions and communicate them with tact and diplomacy;
  • High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure;
  • Decision-making capability.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, including at least 1 year in personnel supervision.
