Your role, your impact
As a Team Lead, Talent Attraction, you’ll be responsible for talent attraction activities in Quebec, covering the public and industry sectors, as well as overseeing strategic recruitment. In collaboration with the Talent Attraction Manager, Canada, you’ll implement innovative and tailored approaches, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Your leadership will directly influence the quality of hires and the alignment of talent with business objectives. You’ll be a driving force for the team’s efficiency, performance and strategic positioning in a demanding market. You’ll be the pillar that ensures the smooth operation, evolution and performance of talent attraction in Quebec. Every day will be an opportunity to positively influence results, strengthen the team’s strategic impact and anticipate market changes with agility.
Your day-to-day
Team management:
- Support and coach the team to position itself as a strategic partner;
- Supervise, support and mobilize talent attraction advisors around the common organizational vision.
Operational excellence:
- Promote accountability and autonomy in the fulfilment of mandates;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Synergy and collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to anticipate short- and medium-term needs;
- Consolidate strong internal partnerships, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
Attraction strategies:
- Guide the team in developing effective, targeted and diversified sourcing plans.
Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement:
- Analyze key performance indicators to adjust strategies and monitor team performance;
- Ensure optimal use of the application management system (ORC);
- Ensure the appropriate use of tools, processes and methods to optimize efficiency and comply with established practices.

Keys to your success
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent attraction or a related field, including initial experience in team management or project coordination with a cross-functional management component;
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and the ORC ATS to support the team in the proper use of processes and systems;
- Motivational leadership focused on skills development and team autonomy;
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance indicators and propose strategic adjustments;
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
