The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused full-time Sales Associate to join our Toronto store. If you are passionate about customer service, have an interest in fashion and travel accessories, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information on our range of products.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations where appropriate.
• Effectively convert customer interest into sales.
• Assist with the daily organization, visual merchandising, and upkeep of the store to ensure a clean and inviting customer experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree and/or professional certificate is an asset.
• Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a public facing role, customer service, sales, and/or retail is preferred.
• Availability: Must be available to work on weekends as needed.

Store Hours: Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
