Senior Business Analyst – Data & Customer Migration Programs Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale customer migration and business transformation initiatives. This role will focus on managing complex data requirements, developing reporting frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer transitions from legacy products and services to modern technology platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating data from multiple sources, improving reporting capabilities, driving process improvements, and delivering business insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and manage program data, reporting, and analytics requirements. Develop and maintain data roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technology initiatives. Partner with Business Intelligence, Product, Network, Operations, and Data Management teams to enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and program visibility. Analyze and integrate large datasets from multiple systems to create actionable reporting and performance metrics. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms. Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting integrity. Troubleshoot reporting issues and manage escalations related to data accuracy, reporting tools, and business processes. Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Provide insights and recommendations based on program performance, customer trends, and business outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and improve customer migration experiences. Mentor junior team members on reporting, analytics, and data management best practices. Required Qualifications University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst in large enterprise environments. Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions. Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to work across multiple source systems. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of data quality, testing methodologies, and reporting validation processes. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence groups. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting customer migration, transformation, modernization, or technology transition programs. Knowledge of telecommunications, network technologies, or large customer base management initiatives. Experience building KPI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement programs. Familiarity with SQL, cloud-based analytics environments, and enterprise reporting tools. Experience mentoring team members and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
