Role: Oracle HCM
Location: Canada (Remote)
Visa Status: Canada, Work permit/Citizen/PR
Pay Rate: $50/hr- $60/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide user support by troubleshooting basic Oracle HCM issues and escalating complex cases to senior analysts.
- Maintain accurate employee data and manage user access, roles, and security permissions.
- Assist with reporting by running standard reports and supporting basic customizations in OTBI or BI Publisher.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance during system updates, including executing test scripts and documenting results.
- Support training and documentation efforts by creating user guides, updating SOPs, and assisting end-users.
- Help with system monitoring, daily checks, and minor configuration updates under the guidance of senior team members.
