Position Summary
We are seeking an HVAC Production Assembler (Assembly Technician) to join our Production team. This role plays a critical part in assembling and fabricating HVAC equipment components to meet high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on mechanical experience and a strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fabricate HVAC equipment components
Measure, cut, grind, and fit parts to specification
Follow blueprints to build units (parts range from 5–50 lbs.)
Safely operate hand and power tools
Assist with detailing, crating, and preparing units for shipping
Adhere to safety codes and company standards
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Safe lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs.)
Experience using power tools (drill, grinder)
Assets: First Aid, Forklift/ Crane certificates, tack welding skills
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
Required Tools (we offer a tool purchase support):
1/2" Cordless Drill
1/4" Cordless Impact Driver Kit
4 1/2" Grinder Trigger Grip
Up to 2 Batteries and Charger
