Job Description
The Research Analyst is responsible for managing internal projects and producing high-quality research reports.
This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success, and producing accurate, insightful research reports. Strong attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting are essential to deliver actionable insights.
To be successful in this role you need to be highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities, and able to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights. Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with internal teams and present findings effectively. A problem-solving mindset and keen analytical ability are also key to overcoming challenges and providing strategic recommendations.
Responsibilties

Participate in client meetings to fully understand project objectives and ensure alignment with research deliverables.

Oversee full-cycle project management, collaborating with operations teams to ensure quality control, proper validation, and adherence to project timelines.

Conduct statistical analysis and create reporting plans to interpret and present research findings clearly.

Develop clear and concise research reports based on data analysis, ensuring insights are actionable and client needs are met.

Monitor project progress, ensuring data integrity and that all project stages (e.g., pre-test, fieldwork, post-field analysis) meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field
- Interest or experience in Healthcare or Science-Related Fields
- Proficiency with research and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
