We’re looking for a Communication Coordinator to support our global Corporate Communications efforts and help bring the Infios story to life. In this role, you’ll contribute to media relations, internal communications, and strategic initiatives that strengthen our brand, elevate thought leadership, and keep employees informed and engaged across our global organization.
Working closely with PR agencies, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders, you’ll help deliver clear, consistent messaging across multiple channels—from press releases and executive briefings to internal announcements and campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, and working in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
For this role, we’re looking for someone based in the Eastern Time Zone.
What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- Coordinate day-to-day collaboration with regional PR agencies and field marketing teams across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC
- Support development and distribution of press releases, media alerts, award submissions, bylines, and customer success stories
- Maintain global media lists and editorial calendars to support ongoing communications initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials and key messages for executive interviews, media engagements, and industry events
- Coordinate media inquiries, executive interviews, and speaking opportunities
- Draft internal communications including employee announcements, intranet articles, newsletters, and campaign messaging
- Support global internal communications initiatives tied to company news, product launches, and strategic updates
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, including competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Track and report on communications performance metrics such as media reach, impressions, sentiment, and engagement
- Support Corporate Communications projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
What You Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications (B2B or technology experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, Critical Mention, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on communications performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading capabilities
- Understanding of AP style and media relations best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in a remote environment

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
