Dilawri Group in Ontario is looking for a Warranty Administrator/Internal Advisor to join the Regional Accounting team at Audi Thornhill**.**

Responsibilities:
- Assess codes, invoice and submit all warranty claims, and maintain warranty control and rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department
- Ensure warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured
- Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager
- Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ warranty experience
- Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Desire to exceed customer expectations
