Your Contribution:
MPE, a division of Englobe, is seeking a Civil Drafting Technologist to join our growing team in Saskatoon, SK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse civil and water resource projects, creating high-quality drawings and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop civil engineering drawings for site plans, earthworks, structures, plan/profile layouts, and details.
- Collaborate with engineers, technologists, and project managers to develop civil engineering drawings.
- Support projects involving earthworks, dams, canals, pipelines, structures, site grading, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to produce complete and accurate drawing packages.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design standards throughout all deliverables.
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Engineering Design & Drafting, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Junior: 0–5 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome).
- Intermediate: 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Be a current member of Technology Professionals Saskatchewan (TPSK) or meet the eligibility requirements for membership.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); experience with Civil 3D and Revit is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic about delivering quality work.
