Job Description Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in health IT or large-scale CIS implementations
- Proven track record in managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in CIS platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH) and associated technical domains.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, integration frameworks, data migration strategies, infrastructure design, and biomedical systems. And familiarity with health data standards (HL7, FHIR).
- Written and spoken competence in English is required
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing projects related to IAM, Biomed, Integration, Data Migration, Infrastructure and Network, End User Device Deployment, health applications, technical environments, architecture or end user experience (8 years)
- Demonstrated track record of managing technical deliverables, timelines and budget (8+ years)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner to non-technical audiences, fostering trust and transparency.
- Clear understanding of governance and risk management through previous project experiences and involvement
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Track record of mentorship and guidance to technical leaders.
