About the role

Truck Driver – United – Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our warehouse team, operating out of the United location and primarily within the Vancouver Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and secure transportation of goods between local warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

In this role, you will:

  • Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on local routes.
  • Load, secure, and unload cargo as required.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

You have:

  • Valid Class 1 or Class 3 BC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland roadways.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
