Job Summary:
As a successful candidate, you’ll become part of a passionate product development team dedicated to building, delivering, and supporting QNX. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and enhance developer infrastructure—optimizing tools and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation across the engineering lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and process teams, mentor team members, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Drive the evolution of QNX’s tool-based development processes, including code builds, static analysis, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor and support team members to foster technical growth and collaboration.
- Manage internal customer relationships and ensure their needs are met effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with source code management tools such as Git and SVN.
- Experience developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, enabling consistent, scalable, and automated provisioning across cloud environments.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, VMware, or OpenStack.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to take ownership of technical challenges and drive them to resolution.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart
- Embedded software development experience.
- Familiarity with artifact repositories like Artifactory or Nexus.
- Knowledge of GNU Make and makefile syntax.
- Experience compiling C/C++ projects using GCC.
- Ability to build CRUD applications, RESTful APIs, and simple web interfaces
