Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Solutions practice with a Solution Architect, Power Platform & D365. You will lead solution design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, translating complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants, set architectural standards, and collaborate directly with client executives to drive digital transformation.

This role blends strategic thinking, technical depth, and people leadership. You’ll shape the vision for end-to-end CRM, Customer Insights, and Copilot-enabled solutions that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

Performance Expectations

Solution Leadership

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Customer Service and Field Service solutions.
  • Define scalable and secure solution architectures leveraging Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Builder.
  • Ensure solutions align with Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology and MNP Digital’s delivery framework.

Project Delivery

  • Provide architectural oversight across multiple projects to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.
  • Guide clients through discovery, blueprint, implementation, and go-live stages, ensuring requirements are met and business value is realized.
  • Support project estimation, scoping, and resource planning.
  • Maintain accountability for overall solution integrity, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

People & Practice Leadership

  • Mentor, coach, and empower team members to achieve technical excellence and career growth.
  • Support delivery teams in problem-solving, design reviews, and client workshops.
  • Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, accelerators, and internal training.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships at the Director, CTO, and CIO levels.
  • Collaborate on proposals, demos, and pre-sales solution design.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client value through innovation and roadmap planning.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and community engagement, representing MNP Digital at industry and Microsoft ecosystem events.

Skills and Experience:

Required

  • 7–10 years of experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise or public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure integration patterns.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile and Hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into solution architectures and functional/technical specifications.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills—able to bridge business and technology perspectives effectively.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Customer Insights – Data (CDP), Contact Center, and Copilot/AI integration in Dynamics 365.
  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Solution Architect Expert), MB-210/MB-230/MB-260, or AI-900.
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Clearance.
