##Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Projects and Process Integrity, the incumbent acts as a specialist in supply chain processes and systems. Coordinates, participates and collaborates with stakeholders at the various stages related to the evolution of processes and systems involving logistics. The incumbent monitors projects in their development, participates in the design of various test scenarios and their execution, as well as in handling problematic situations regarding the various issues affecting the logistics aspects of the systems of Videotron, Freedom and Fizz.

  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders regarding the evolution ofthe company's various systems involving logistics.
  • Participate in planning and requirements reviews, solution design and testing with functional and business teams for upstream and downstream logistics flows across various supply chain processes.
  • Develop, write and execute test cases (manual and automated) while tracking progress and anomalies.
  • Identify system anomalies affecting logistics operations, document them and submit business requirements for correction.
  • Work with functional and development teams to resolve defects causing inconsistencies in the production logistics flow as well as in various QA environments.
  • Analyze and prioritize problem resolution related to systems (SAP, Oracle, Etiya, ITSM, etc.).
  • Manage customer support bases for logistics issues involving the various systems (SAP, Oracle, Etiya, etc.).
  • Test and implement system updates and changes.
  • Document system developments and ensure staff training.
  • Ensure the implementation of system changes in operations and provide ongoing support and advise users of the various platforms involving logistics (including business partners) on all aspects of system usage to facilitate their learning.
  • Liaise with the IT team as well as with integrators and external partners regarding system improvements.
  • Monitor inconsistency reports to ensure that the teams responsible for the supply chain take ownership.
  • Develop and produce appropriate reports and KPIs;
  • Perform any other related task connected to the responsibilities.

##Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the field of activity and a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Very good knowledge of the SAP R/3 ERP system (MM, SD modules and others as needed)
  • Very good knowledge of the Oracle ERP system
  • Knowledge of the Etiya system and experience with Etiya testing is an asset
  • Experience in diagnosing system issues and integration problems
  • Strong knowledge of IT and logistics
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze solutions and provide recommendations
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Aris software
  • Strong oral and written bilingualism (French and English)
