About the role

We’re looking for an experienced event coordinator for this role organizing a portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs across North America.

This role is based on a dynamic hybrid model, with 2 days a week in our vibrant downtown office and 3 days working from home . You’ll need to live within an easy commuting distance of our downtown office .

During peak periods and event weeks, you’ll be in the heart of the action, spending additional time in the office and on location at live events , where the energy and excitement are at their highest.

The role involves:

  • Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights
  • Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors
  • Running events on-site in the US and Canada
  • Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
  • Running events like HR Future Fest

  • Bring 2+ years of hands-on event logistics experience
  • Are based in Toronto and love being at the heart of the action
  • Are ready to hit the road, able to travel freely across Canada and to the USA
  • Can seamlessly coordinate corporate events while thriving under tight deadlines
  • Possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Radiate enthusiasm, positivity, energy and professionalism, and know how to build strong relationships with clients, delegates and vendors
