What the job involves

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, billing, and the month-end close process
  • As we prepare for our first financial audit and continue to scale, this role offers strong growth potential
  • You’ll play a key role in audit readiness, process improvement, and helping the team tighten close and reporting timelines. We’re seeking someone who embraces change and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to evolving our accounting practices
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with Accounts payable
  • Support financial audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation
  • Help maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
  • Perform ad hoc accounting projects as assigned
  • Manage billings inquiries
  • Assist with invoicing and collections
  • Potentially process payroll
