##YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT…
- Plan daily operations, assign tasks, and supervise the team.
- Train, coach, and develop specialists and trimmers.
- Ensure trim consistency and maintain quality standards.
- Manage machine trimming and adjust parameters to minimize loss.
- Monitor individual and team productivity.
- Document all steps in ES (material movements, weights, lot closure).
- Coordinate with Harvest and Packaging to ensure a continuous flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance of trim rooms.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
##WHAT MAKES YOU OUR CHAMPION…
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the cannabis industry.
- Relevant trimming experience (an asset).
- Minimum of 1 year of team supervision experience.
- Knowledge of cannabis quality standards.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Knowledge of Elevated Signals (an asset).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good physical condition — this is a physical role.
- Ability to work in warm environments.
